Rent 是百老匯最受歡迎的經典音樂劇之一，描述的人物簡單，但是卻很深刻，在一個沒有暖氣與電力的耶誕節前夕，這一群人決定燃燒自己的熱情與生命來渡過這個象徵新開始的耶誕節。
雖然沒有看過音樂劇，不過音樂真的非常吸引人，百聽不厭。(我承認我大多數時間都聚精會神聽音樂，完全無視於劇情啊)

這部真的很感人，尤其是教堂跟朋友告別那段。這部電影好像舞台延伸到<br />
戶外，本質還是音樂劇，真的很特別。不知歌劇魅影電影版是否也是這樣<br />
演的。
改編自音樂劇的電影大多數都會選擇忠於原著，<br />
歌劇魅影也是如此。<br />

不過還是現場的音樂劇比較有臨場感跟震撼力。
